Connect
Try your best to connect with those around you. This includes friends, neighbors, family and those you work with. Spend time fostering all of these relationships for mental wellbeing.
Stay Active
This does not mean you have to head to your local gym to lift weights. It can be as simple as going for a jog, taking a walk or throwing around a football with a few friends. Find an activity you like and add it to your routine. This will definitely contribute towards your mental wellbeing.
Continue Learning
